• 4lbs. chicken wings
• 1/3c habanaro jelly (we have mild, med., med-hot, and triple X hot)
• 12oz. of your favorite BBQ sauce
• 3/4c Brown Sugar

1.  Remove and discard wing tips then cut wings at the joint creating two piecees.  Place wings in a disposable aluminum roasting pan.
2.  Combine pepper jelly, bbq sauce, and br. sugar and pour over wings
3.  Cook on med.-hi gas grill for 30 mins. stirring every 10 mins.  Or bake in 425 degree oven for 60-75 mins.
