EdenScapes has moved to a central location to Port Angeles and Sequim.  We have fresh chocolate brownies (must preorder a few days ahead)and truffles (preordered a few days ahead) from a locally well known dessert maker and he does wedding cakes too.  Please call us with any special requests that we may help you with.

Hours:  Tuesday through Friday:  9 am - 4 pm, Saturday: 9 am - 2 pm   If Valentine's or Mother's Day falls on a Sunday or Monday, we will be open for business.  So don't hesitate to call! We have been known to open for people who drive up on our days off, if we're home.

For massage therapists or naturalists, look at the Himalayan Salt Lamps.  They are natural air purifiers as well as giving ambiance to a room.  They make wonderful night lights so you don't have to turn on lights while heading to the restroom.  Also, we have stone ground table salt that has superb flavor and you don't use as much and you don't get the water retention like you do with iodized salt.  You get more minerals as well.  We also have salt bars which are for deodorant replacements.  Your body needs salt to survive and doing it naturally is the best way.

Here is a great recipe using any one of our Rose City Pepperhead or Mick's jellies:


Stir Fry Sauces

 

 Sweet and Sour

Stir 1/2c Apricot with an Attitude, 1/4 c ketchup, 2T cider vinegar, and 1tsp., minced garlic in a small bowl until blended.

 

Thai-Coconut

Whisk 14oz light cocnut milk, 2T brown sugar (you can use raw sugar), 1T gr. curry paste, 1/2c Thai-Mandarin or Hawaiian Jalapeno' jelly & 1/4c mint in a sm. bowl until blended.

 

Ginger-Soy

Stir 1/2c orange juice, 1/4c reduced-sodium soy sauce, 2T honey, 2T water, 1/2c hot ginger jelly, 1T minced scallion, 2T cornstarch (or you can use arrowroot or tapioca flour), and 1tsp. sesame oil in a small bowl until cornstarch (or whatever you used as a thickener) is dissolved.
